Yes. The wide lanes and site layout allow for semi-truck access.
Only the registered owner of a car may store it. The owner must supply a current copy of the registration before storage is allowed. You may not perform mechanical work on your vehicle in the units or on the property.
Boats may be stored in the units. The unit doors provide 6' 6" of clearance.
Our facility is staffed by onsite managers. We have security cameras covering the interior and exterior of the property. Each unit is individually alarmed. When you enter your gate code on the way in and out, the alarm is disabled and re-enabled. A digital photo is taken of all clients at the time of rental and kept on file. Flammables, fuels, ammunition, paints, explosives, animals. Store at your own risk guns, money, jewelry, furs, paintings and other high risk valuables.
Double R Storage does not offer insurance for your goods. Often your home owner's or renter's insurance will cover your goods. Check with your insurance agent. Or, you can contact TenantOne for your storage insurance needs.
